Wrong size? Mistakes happen, we know. First, double-check that the size stated on the item matches the size specs on the item’s sizing chart. Sometimes things get mislabeled. If that’s the case, get in touch within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll set things right.
If you want a different size than what was ordered, get in touch and we’ll let you know your options.
Damaged item? If your item arrives and is damaged, please get in touch within a week of receipt so we can sort things out for you.
